
Ingredients
1 ½ Blocks of Cream Cheese, Softened
1 ½ Cups of Shredded Chicken
1 15 oz. Can of Black Beans, Rinsed & Drained
1 ½ Cups of Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 ½ Cups of Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 (4 oz) Cans of green chilies, chopped
2 tsp. Taco Seasoning
Tortilla Chips
Options: Fresh Cilantro Leaves or Lime Wedges for Garnish
Directions
Step1
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stirtogether cream cheese, shreddedchicken,black beans,1 cup pepper jack, 1 cup cheddar, enchilada sauce, green chiles, and taco seasoning.
Step2
Transfer dip to an ovenproof skillet and top withremaining 1/2 cup cheeses. Bake until warmed through and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
Step3
Garnish dipwith cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
