Crust:
4cupsgranolamixture
1/2cupbutter,softened
41/2tablespoonshoney
nonstick cooking spray
Filling:
21/4cupsvanilla Greek yogurt
8ouncescream cheese,softened
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1packagegelatin
Toppings:
strawberries, sliced
blueberries
kiwis, sliced
To make crust:Preheat oven to 350 F.
Inlarge bowl, combine granola,butterand honey.Grease11-inch tart pan with nonstickcookingspray.Linebottom oftart panwith parchment paper.
Press granola mixture into tart pan.Place tartpan on baking sheet and bake10 minutes.Coolcompletely.
To make filling:Usingmixer, combine yogurt,creamcheese, sugar,vanillaextractand gelatin until whipped completely.
Pouryogurt mixture intotart crust.Refrigerateat least1hour.
Top withstrawberries, blueberries and kiwis.
